The 7th Annual Asian i-Gaming Congress & Expo (AIG) is taking place in Macau from the 24th to 26th February 2009. This year’s exhibition and conference is expected to far exceed any previous year’s attendance numbers, not only by the amount of sponsors and exhibitors but the amount of visitors that attend too.
One of the guest speakers at this year’s prestigious event is Phil Cronin, the Chief Executive Officer for Tombola Bingo. Mr Cronin will be discussing a variety of online bingo related topics including ‘Bingo as a low-stake, “soft” gaming option for Asia’. Tombola Bingo has gone from strength to strength since they parted company from the Sun online Bingo site in April 2008. Their online bingo presence helped in no small part by a fabulously inspired television advertising campaign which brings all the essence of the Mardi Gras into the living room, bright exciting graphics and with the memorable theme tune sung by Isobel Maria Lopez called ‘La vida es un Tombola’ which roughly translated means, life is a tombola.
Tombola Bingo are showing how business savvy they are by recognising that the Asian market is likely to be the next big thing and by participating at this very important trade show they are only likely to add to their already rapidly growing success and industry exposure. The Asian gaming market is also growing at an extremely fast rate and is expected to continue to do so, and so this years AIG event will be one of the most important events in the internet gaming calendar.
There will be a full package for the visitors to the AIG show including an online marketing masterclass, 2 full days of conferences with many important industry executives as guest speakers, drinks receptions, lunches and an exciting and not to be missed after event party.
