altFrom 26th to 29th January in Old Billingsgate Market, the biggest gaming affiliate conference in the country takes place. The London Affiliate Conference (LAC) 2012 provides essential, top quality information and insider knowledge to all of those working within the online gambling affiliate industry; be that in online bingo, poker or sports betting. At Bingo Hideout we recognise the significance of this event and are taking a closer look at the event and how it affects the online bingo community.

The 2011 LAC was a massive success attracting over 2,500 and this year is aiming to be even better. Opening with the long awaited iGB Affiliate Award ceremony on the first day (26th January), three days of exciting conferences, lectures, networking opportunities and exhibitions will follow. The event is sponsored by some of the big names in the industry including 888.com, BetVictor Affiliates and PKR to name just a few, testimony to the importance of this event.

With professionals from across the industry present, exhibitors included …. In fact anybody who’s anybody will be there. Even more exciting is the opening awards ceremony where the top players in the industry are pitted against each other to hopefully win one of the coveted awards. Awards cover all areas of online gaming from best affiliate program across all gaming to the best newcomer’s category for both affiliate programs and affiliates themselves. The bingo category is definitely worth a watch with Jackpotjoy Bingo in the running for the best affiliate program amongst many other online bingo sites.

Over the following three days, the LAC events come in thick and fast. With expert speakers including Bastian Grimm founder of Grimm Digital, who will no doubt be waxing lyrical about online marketing.  Also speaking will be another industry giant, Bryan Bailey founder and director of Casinomeister, which is one of the longest running informational casino sites around. Listening to the experts talk about what they know best is something delegates are bound to enjoy, perhaps getting some inspiration for their latest venture in the coming year. All Affiliates are granted FREE admission so it really is worth taking part, although registry is essential via the iGB Affiliate website.

Every day has a schedule as laid out on the official LAC website, allowing delegates to see what’s on offer across the board and pick and choose which events interest them most. Talks include subjects such as the importance of link building, the future of SEO and the importance of email in our new ‘mocial’ society (that’s social, mobile, local and email to non-experts out there). In addition to all the interesting and inspirational affiliate talks, there are a range of social events where delegates can kick back and enjoy each other’s company. The 2012 London Affiliate Conference is shaping up to be the best yet and at Bingo Hideout we’re looking forward to and exciting event that has a lot to offer to the whole online bingo community and gaming industry as a whole…….. plus we get to drink a little, eat some nice food and party like we have never partied before!
