With Christmas coming up, most true socialites are beginning to pencil in dates in their dates already. With this in mind we thought we'd give you a heads up on how best to give your bingo mates the night of their lives instead of a new dauber this festive season!

A new bingo scene?

Strictly speaking this is top secret, so don't tell too many people, but there is a bingo night establishing itself in London that is so much fun that members of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs have been seen in play alongside comedy giant Stephen Merchant! So where is this fantasitc venue? Well that's half of what's causing such a commotion; the location of the game is always changing! With loud music and even burlesque dancers having been reported as part of the evening's entertainment, this particular session is certainly not for everyone. For those of you who fancy a really revolutionary night out while still enjoying your favourite game however, this should be up your street (providing you can get to London!).

Dress up bingo games!

With a dress code of 'Weird, Flash or Dangerous', it's clear that these sessions aren't what you'd normally expect at a local hall, though for Stephen Merchant the fun he's had at this bingo party has encouraged him to play elsewhere too. Talking to the Evening Standard about his love of the game he confirmed that, "I've been going down the Mecca Bingo in Camden with the old ladies since before the game got fashionable".
