altNews has recently emerged from one of the UK’s favourite online bingo sites about another lucky winner. Butlers Bingo, which is famous for its butler and his trusty sidekick, Astrid, has announced that a player who goes by the alias – Karlslevin – has won almost £10,000 playing an online bingo game at the site using free bonus money. The lucky player, who is 49-years-old and hails from Norwich, had purchased a 10p ticket for a 90-ball game when he scooped the progressive jackpot of £9,970. When asked about his amazing win, he said that he was at work, painting a wall, while playing at the site at the same time (now that’s what we call multi-tasking!) when he looked back at his laptop to see congratulatory messages popping up from all the roomies about his big win. The man, who works as a painter, was so excited that he says he almost knocked over the can of paint in his path and when he got home, he surprised his partner with chocolate and expensive champagne.

It’s the second winner’s stories to capture the imagination of the bingo-loving public since John. O. from Lancashire won a whopping £5.88 while playing a progressive slot game at Butlers Bingo in December 2012. John – who’s a father of three children, had only been a member of the site for a couple of days when he place a 30p wager on the online slot. Much to his surprise, he managed to scoop a phenomenal payout of £5,883,044 and decide to increase his daughter’s Christmas present from a new iPad to a new house.

Other big winners at the site have included ‘Sukaya,’ who scooped over £31,000 playing the popular progressive slot, Cash Spash 5-Reel, ‘MrMungo1’ who won a £20,000+ room progressive jackpot in the Friendship Room, and ‘Mandywado’ who took home over £19,000 when she won the progressive jackpot in the Harmony room.

Butlers Bingo boasts two 90-ball PJP rooms where players have the potential to get their hands on an impressive sum of money just by completing their cards within a set amount of calls. The Harmony Room’s PJP starts at a minimum of €500 and the Friendship Room’s PJP starts at a minimum of £500. Both jackpots can be won instantly if any roomie calls a full house in 36 balls or less. If this doesn’t happen, the amount of balls required is raised by +1 every four days in each room until someone wins.

Do we have any readers who’ve managed to scoop a room PJP while playing online bingo? We’d love to hear your stories!
